This is an estimate, not legal advice. It follows the courts’ Maintenance Guidelines Worksheet (UD-8(2), Rev. 3/1/26): income cap $241,000 and self-support reserve $21,546, effective March 1, 2026. It can subtract Social Security and Medicare taxes; it does not include New York City or Yonkers income tax, other income adjustments, or income above the cap, where a court has discretion. A court can depart from the guideline amount and the advisory duration.
